Eight months after first announcing their intent to collaborate in 5G telecoms, China Mobile Ltd. and China Broadcasting Network Corp. Ltd. (CBN) have announced a detailed plan that moves the latter one step closer to becoming the nation’s fourth major wireless carrier.
